I am fortunate to receive some products from Jesse's Girl.

Here are the products I got. I already reviewed Jesse's Girl Latex Free Blending Sponge (left). I'm still using the sponge and I highly recommend it. It has to be one of the best I have tried. For this post, I will review the mascara on the right.

Thoughts: When I received this mascara, I was curious how it works. It's pretty interesting from what I can tell.
Here's a closer look at the top. The top has four numbers you rotate to.
Here's how the wand looks when you rotate to number 1.
Here's how the wand looks when you rotate to number 2.
Here's how the wand looks when you rotate to number 3.
Here's how the wand looks when you rotate to number 4.
Here's how my lashes look when I close my eyes. I have Too Faced Chocolate Gold Eye Shadow Palette on the eyes.
Here's the same look with the lashes open.
Here's another picture at a different angle. I have Make Up For Ever Lustrous Shadow Palette on the eyes.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, there's no noticeable scent while applying. I just sniffed the product and it smells like every other mascara. Secondly, the packaging is simple. It's just plain, shiny black with words on it in white. With that said, it's well-made and sturdy. It's made out of sturdy plastic and I can feel a tight seal when I open/close the top. I just wish there was an arrow that tells you which number you rotated to. Unfortunately, you just have to turn and remember. When I first rotated the top, I just turned and figured which was which. You can see the wand twisting more with each number. I cannot see it open or break unless you are rough with the packaging. For that reason, it's travel-friendly. It's small enough to throw in your bag, purse, and even your pocket. Also, the wand is made out of plastic. When I first used it, it poke my eyes. The bristles on the wand is plastic as well and pointy. With time, I got used to the wand and I stopped poking my eyes. It's one of those type of wands you need to practice to master. This will be great for non-Asian eyes with wide eye shape and long lashes. For Asian eyes like myself, it can be painful in the beginning. You just need practice. Third, the consistency is in the medium. It's not too thick that it's clumpy and not too thin it runs all over the eyes. I'm not a big fan of thin consistency. It always leave mascara marks on my eyes. With that said, it's easy to use. It's easy to get to the roots of the lashes, as well as, coat the lashes. Going back to the numbers, I had to play around with it to find my perfect number. Here's the description of the numbers from the packaging.

1 Natural: Subtly lengthens & separates lashes for a natural look
2 Enhance: Amplifies fullness & increases curl
3 Boost: Steps up density and magnifies lash thickness
4 Max Volume: Maximizes lash length, thickness and curl

When I first started using the mascara, I actually thought I would need 4. I had to try each number and my favorite was 3. It gave me the most volume and length. This mascara is more a trial and error type to find your best lashes. It's pretty interesting and fun! With that said, it did not weigh my lashes down. That's a huge plus for my Asian, straight lashes. It kept the curl all day as well. Lastly, I'm glad I got to try this mascara. It's a fun, creative, unique mascara!
